We want you to love your Oh Polly items, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.
Post Your Parcel
Generate your return shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
