How long does shipping take within the UAE?

We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 4 PM in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. For other emirates, delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

What is your return policy?

You can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewelry cannot be returned.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for all orders within the UAE. A small processing fee may apply at checkout.

How do I know which size to order?

Our items generally run true to size; however, many of our signature bodycon dresses have a high-stretch fit. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page for specific measurements.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing a tracking link from our local courier partner to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Are your materials sustainable?

We are committed to conscious fashion. Many of our collections now feature recycled polyester and organic cotton as part of our ongoing initiative to reduce our environmental impact.
